- All drivers must be 16 years of age.
- All participants must sign an "Assumption of Risk" (waiver of liability).
- For safety, those with a prohibitive medical condition may not participate.
- We reserve the right to cancel or change tours due to inclement weather, safety reasons, insufficient bookings or events beyond our control.
- You are responsible for the equipment you use.
- A signed credit card imprint is required to cover potential damages.
